House rules

  1. Please contact us when you arrive at the house.
  2. Please return the key to the key box when checking out.
  3. Please contact us when you have checked out.
  4. Please take off footwear in the first floor entranceway. (In front of the stairs).
  5. Smoking and drug use are prohibited. It is smoking cessation at the place of all the house.
  6. Please be sure to throw garbage into the bin provided in your room.
  7. Burnable and recyclable garbage is separated into 2 groups.
    *Please let me know when the trash is full. I will go pick up the trash.
    *Please do not put garbage outside the house.
  1. Partying and making a loud noise is NOT allowed in this house.
    Do not make a loud voice especially after 22pm.
    Turn down the volume ofTV and music player.
    Please DO NOT make a fuss at night.
  2. Entry is prohibited for non-registered guests.
  3. No pets are allowed to bring in the house.
  4. Please make sure to turn off all electric appliances including air conditioners and room lights when you go out.
  5. You are free to use the bicycles, but please return them by 10am before check-out.
  6. Please MAKE SURE to lock the rental bicyles whenever you leave it behind.
  7. Just in case when you lose the rental bicycle please let me know ASAP.
  8. Also, please be careful not to lose the key.
  9. MAKE SURE to park the rental bicycle in a designated bicycle parking space, so that the bicycle will not disturb pedestrians.
  10. Please don't park a bicycle in front of the house.
    (There is a complaint more than a neighborhood.)
  11. Please note that we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any accidents that occur while cycling.
  1. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet,  particularly tissue paper and/or plastic items.
  2. Please do not flush anything that could cause plugging or damage to the plumbing.
  1. Please feel free to use kitchenware, glassware, pots, kettle, etc. when cooking and eating.
  2. Please wash and return any used items to their places.
  3. Please use the exhaust fan at all times while cooking to eliminate any odors.
  4. Please remove all food items from the refrigerator when checking out.

Japan is renowned for its safety, but sadly just like anywhere else there can be crime.
For your safety please lock the doors when you are inside, and when going out close the windows.
